I concur. Given the tremendous potential of the internet to be used as a weapon, I would rather have the DNS servers under American control. After all, it would our taxpayer money that paid for it's development, not China, Europe, or anyone else.

If they don't like the way it is, they're perfectly welcome to develop their own network and control it themselves.
