And what's gray? Vulgarity is specifically spelled out in the SI membership rules. That's pretty black and white to 99% of the SI population. I'm done. This is not the ethics thread and believe people come here to read about MRVC and its technology. Feel free to correspond with me on this topic (or any topic) over private email. MIke, Glad to see you back. I don't particularly care to debate the SI bill of rights, but if you've done your penace or whatever..., you can certainly provide some insights to this thread and debate the other stuff later.... Here's one for ya: How about all those secondary stock purchasers? Wouldn't one expect some talk of a class action suit? I know that if I'd have bought a secondary, and 1 month later it's 35% lower, I'd have some serious questions. They sure moved it up fast to get a premium secondary, now it coming down just as fast. PS: Kovich probably won't be back. He hyped this stock unmercifully. He also hyped ENBC, and look where that is now, too.

Hi Mike, I don't know why I'm sticking my nose in this? Yes we should jail protestors or anybody else who breaks the law . Obviously, there are some kids using this thread. Mark- I'm not referring to you... so please chill out. (California use of words) John LoBianco
