Industry Sector Update: (Based on the 27 Stockcharts.com Industry Indices)

14 Bullish
4 Bearish
9 Neutral

52% Bullish. Last reading at 96% Bullish on 4/18/11.

IMHO- I believe this bull cycle has moved into the 3rd and final phase.
Typically, the breadth will narrow, and large caps will outperform small caps in the final phase.
Generally, sectors that have outperformed during the 1st 2 phases will continue to do well, while the rest do poorly.

Large Cap stocks in these sectors would have the highest probablility of outperformance during the final bullish phase:

The best current industry sectors by relative strength are:
1) Utilities
2) Hospitals
3) Health Care
4) Health Care Products
5) Drugs
6) Oil & Gas
7) Oil Service
8) Chemicals
9) Natural Gas
10) Retail
