Charles, it is not unusual for a broker to sell off the position if the margin is not held. We had a similar case where Schwab dumped 500,000 shares on marging at ZCAD about 6 months ago, with the same consequences to the stock. It might actually be a good sign if more of these hacome through. That will indicate that the selling might finally be exhausted. I am not jumping in yet, but it surely starts to look intersting. Anyone has figure of company valuation in these subprime lenders vs Mortgages serviced? We are getting to the 1/10 ratio which might also be an indication of some value if the company survives. Zeev
