Elmo don't believe everything you read it distorts your musings....

China is putting 1.3 billion people through an industrial revolution with neither colonies nor substantial indigenous resources besides coal.

Of the 1.3 Billion approx. 900 Million are being left behind to ponder their future...and the PRC biggies are aware of this but don't know what to do to alleviate the problem.....
