Naked Puts are the same as "cash covered" puts, therefore just as much capital is tied up, yes?

And your risk is not limited when you enter the trade. You still have the risk of the stock crashing and being put to you at your strike price while the stock is much lower.

The Ameritrade platform ThinkOrSwim does look to be very good...but it is WAY complicated to do even the most simple things.

Wow Salty - say it ain't so! Is that a Canadian rate thing? Ten contracts should be less than $15.

I use Fidelity.
