I have no doubt that 'clean coal' runs so high... but I would have to read the FOOTNOTES of that particular data source to see what IS (and what ISN'T) included in their particular definition of 'subsidy'.

For example... do they count (Price Anderson) catastrophe insurance for nuclear? Government assumption of endless years of disposal/containment costs?

What is included for oil and what not? Any other disaster expenses picked up by the taxpayers? (Etc.)
