No Stefan, he was fooled, we all were. No I don't think a lawsuit will get back what S3 in effect took from us. Contrary to what is commonly written here, management has responsibilities to its shareholders, its employees and itself. The best way for management to serve the interests of all three is to work a plan that they feel provides the best opportunities over the long term. Ironically when people were calling for stock buy- backs and for GJ to do something or say something to boost the price of the stock it appears that they got their wish. GJ acheived short term gains in the price of S3 stock through creative accounting, and I think unless something great and wonderful happens soon, he will have acheived them at the cost of long term growth. Only share- holders who bought and sold during the end of summer run up from his actions. I wish a lawsuit was the answer.
