Scott: You must remember, quadrax idealy does not want to be in the golf shaft business. They are aiming for royalties on the production of shafts using thermo-plastics.That is why all this R&D work is proceeding.Quadrax will supply material and knowhow and let OEM do the ads and distribution. Most of the costs for perfecting the shafts for irons and woods is being paid for by TM.They are very happy with the progress and we will have to wait for their decision on contract deals. The 10Q coming out Thursday will be a loss per share but improved over last quarter by a slight amount.I am a little confused by the cash flow problem Ms. Davies presents-would like claification. My friends and I have one concern-a reverse stock split in order to fulfill the 23Feb98 requirement for listing.Stock price must be at least $1.00.We don't care about being delisted-many BB stocks prove to be very sound investments.Perception by the buying public and most brokerage houses is very negative about reverse stock splits. The only one's who are concerned about not being listed on NASDAQ are institutions and fund managers. They have to present a creditable argument to their peers on why they invested in a certain stock. You should all voice your opinion to Alon-either for or against-so the board will make correct decision with regards to how we feel.
