g'day Crossy - hope you are ok. Well, yes, yesterday was actually the worst day for me. Kinda like from a melt-down to a total implosion... but as we always like to say here "shoulda, woulda, coulda..." No sense to cry over spilled milk <sg>

Right now, I am not selling anything (did I say that before... deja vu all over again.) I actually have a cash position, so I will see how things go in Dec.

Crossy, it is not a good time to be a hero and try catching falling knives, I think the DD are in the dog house for a quarter or so and maybe to the end of what I believe is a bear market that will extend possibly as long as tlate spring /summer of next year.
