The First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Five freedoms (religion, speech, press, assembly, petition) very succinctly guaranteed. "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" - that's what the tea parties do. "the freedom of speech" - another thing the tea parties do. Notice there is no clause there that says "except for corporations" like liberals wish it said.
