Watch out for paid winger mouth pieces. Even if the government decides I would rather they decide than an insurance executive pulling off a 100 mill + a year in salary and bonus.

It is impossible to respond to that. I will say this I read the bill and it is largely going to be implemented through many boards, commissions, etc. well over a hundred and all of these will be implementing regulations. Until we see what these regulations are, (which will probably be in excess of 10k pares of impenetrable mumbo jumbo) no one can predict how the bill will work.

However there is no doubt that insurance policies will have to be approved by the government and the government will decide how they are structured and what they will cover. That is the way it is. I doubt that anything I say will change your view.

So why not leave it at this. In a few years, if this thing survives, one of us will be able to say I told you so.
