thall, That report is nearly one year old. What it does not state is that BD did a lot of the leaching personally and turned the leachate over to the reporting lab.

In a few days we'll have another report -- please read it carefully and give us your opinion at that time. This one will be bullet-proof.

<<No where in the report are the words chain of custody to be found.>>

Nowhere in the report does it say either that BD was verifying recovery numbers - only the procedures being used by IPM in their own lab tests.

Get a grip.

All right Tim...WE NEED HELP
Could the learkers and participants out there please give me their interpretation of what this paragraph means.......

"Tasks (BD's tasks) includes critical evaluation of the care taken in the handling, preperation and security of the samples from the initial sample at the drill rig through its storage in sealed and marked containers at the IPM laboratory in Goodyear, AZ.
Recomendations made to IPM personnel for procedural changes in the handling, splitting, security and preparation of the samples were fully agreed to by IPM. The provisions employed to guarantee full security and integrity of the samples prior to testing were verified."

1) Does it mean to say the BD supervised the proceedure from start to finish....or
2) Does it mean to say that BD only evaluated the proceedure used by IPM?
Please respond via direct e-mail on to this thread. Much appreciated. - denis
