The funny part is there was so much more positive discussion about RE here when it was much more costly, values and interest rates were a lot higher and no distressed properties to be had back in 2005-06 especially

A huge part of it is hope and a positive attitude. Many seem to lose it with age. Just look at the SI demographic. Seems like if you want to succeed in the stock market over the long haul without losing your shirt of going crazy yah gotta think like a Dale Baker value hunting or TA guy Mghic Member 7899034

Always positive, always on the prowl, keep doing your successful routine, the chase and the journey bring you just rewards in the end..
