It will take about 3 weeks for SEC to review and say OK.

Dear BD: I am not sure that TPRO actually has NMS listing. I think they needed those names for some portion of the listing process. After they get it though, I understand marginability is automatic, I dont know that they will ever be on such a list. JDN
