This opens the door for class actions all over the place The fact that Chilton had investigated this for 2 years (as well as Spitzer and dozens of others) and has concluded there was fraud is going to open the floodgates of lawsuits and I plan on being a beneficiary of them and so should anyone here that feels they have been damaged by the manipulation by the Comex If anyone wants to heap praise on Bart here is his email address. BChilton@CFTC.gov I have had probably 30 exchanges with him in the last 2 years and he is very very cool.
