Patron, according to THIS: vdare.com ..that law is a monkeywrench legal attempt to ALLOW illegal employers to continue the practice by passing an unenforceable law! I'm familiar with this type of tactic from the CA initiative process, which would have similar things on it every year, designed to deceive voters into voting for something they thought did something they wanted, but really did just the opposite. Like a "Clear Air Initiative" that really just allowed more pollution, etc.
