What are the alternative explanations for the registration for sale referred to here. To all outward appearances, what must be all or most of the Board made ready to sell their holdings. Were these not holdings, but rather options that they were given? If so, and if they understood the potential of this stock as generally hyped, why would they ever want to sell? I can't imagine any way this scenario can be interpreted as positive. Can any of you? And the question of why wouod Faris keep 2 million shares if he was bailing- well, how would it look if he bailed completely, as it looks like all the board members prepared to do. Maybe they were positioning themselves should any discussions they were having fall apart. I don't think they will post to this board if they decide to sell, or if they sold yesterday, or if they are the ones bailing at 4 15/16. Okay, who can convince me that this registration was an event we should look upon as a positive action for we shareholders?
