TL,

You wrote" TUES. A.M. Pre-open TA - RMIL: Disappointing trading volume for the second
consecutive day. If the trading area between $3 and $3.75 is not to develop into a
short term overhead supply zone, the stock really needs to engender some heavier
trading volume and upside movement today. The alternative outlook is that the
stock will retrace itself to the $2 - $2.50 area and build a new base from which to
attack the upside. While the uptrend is still intact, it has lost a lot of its punch.
Perhaps it is a wait associated with the expected financing announcement that has
cooled off interest outside of those long time players."

What you are writing here is implying that there is no squeeze going on. If you are looking for outside interest to propel the stock upward, then have you lost faith in the squeeze? I have. Either the float is higher than expected, or somebody is lying about certificates. With 1.5M in hand 2 weeks ago and a pile at the TA, the squeeze should have happened. Period. If the float is a max. 1.8M, there is something wrong.

The expected financing announcement is of no consequence in a squeeze, nothing is. Hell, the company does not matter either. With Riley's talk of news pending (yet to see anything), it is obvious that new buyers are needed to raise the price like last week, nothing more than momentum buying and dumping. In my opinion, there is no squeeze, somone is playing you all for fools.

Ryan

TA: RMIL - Weds. 11/12/97 Pre - open scan of the chart indicates little change from yesterday. The stock appears to be marking time and has lost the momentum of a week ago. Both volatility and volume have been on hold. I will be watching price movement and volume with great interest today.

Good luck to all.
