MSFT knows it did wrong over the last two years. By integrating IE with Win 95 was to downplay Netscape. That is obvious. Win 98 is whole different story. IE is part of Win 98 and MSFT had better make sure the code of the two programs is tightly integrated. i.e better make sure that one program cannot run without the other.
