well Bill, now that all depends on what your definitions of "one" and of "word" is. The question on it's face appears far too complex without some "er...uh..um ..<g>" and smileys. lol

A) Already answered. Clearly and succinctly. (And, if you'd bothered to pay attention you couldn't have helped but notice that I said I did NOT think the federal government 'should have' such powers. So... asked and already answered.

B) Sorry though. You don't have the right (nor authority) to 'demand' one word 'answers' out of me. You are dreaming (and completely wasting everyone's time) if you think you do.

So, with respect to that little bit of hilarity Bill, I repeat my previous comment: If you only want transparent and shallow/phony sound bites for 'answers' might I suggest FOX News for your viewing pleasure? Or perhaps some fellow-traveler wingnuttery blog outlet?
