How does that work with a temporary permit, supposedly granted for the sole purpose to gather information and then complete a stack test?

Well it is sad that a person has to go to the "FACTORY" to see the action of this if it is going on.

So when are they going to file the application and how many other applications are they going to need before they can sell any of the end product?
