Is that the official word from Mr. Bordynuik? So far there hasn't been any official announcement on how the "near diesel" will be sold or even what additive will be added to make it saleable.

JBII will not, initially, be selling its diesel for running in an engine. There are plenty of other industrial uses (think boilers and furnaces with fuel atomizers) for their diesel. And because JBII diesel has no sulphur, companies that use it will reduce their air emissions. And the same companies that need it for this use will have plastic waste. They will get JBII diesel for a discount to market prices.

Symbiotic relationships.

Did he tell you that directly?

I dont think the newest ask for funds is a pipe offering, thats not what i've heard so far... but i'm reluctant to put in details on the hub here until i confirm specifics. you can check my track record on here i've never put anything down that was incorrect or misleading and i dont plan to start now!

I think really... most of the folks that had the chance to buy in at .80 saw the rise in shares so steadily and well above $.8

so in excitement told a few people about it.. friends and family...

and then another offering was announced at $4. when it was announced shares were above that level and so many people were hearing all the great news from their friends/family that bought in at .80 and "made" all sorts of money...

they didnt realize any of the gains yet, but they "made" money on paper.. they were still restricted from selling... yet that was enough to get a lot of folks to buy in at $4 too.

by the close of the $4 offering, the share price was below $4 and has been ever since.

stay tuned. if/when i find out we can chat about it.

I've heard the "looking for investors" topic on the streets lately myself. no details yet, but in a relatively small community, those details get around quickly.

there are A LOT of individuals invested in this company in the NIagara Region... I'm amazed at how often I run into others who know of JBI or are invested in JBI

I dont know anybody who has put in additional monies lately... but that being said I also dont know anybody that has sold any of their JBI shares.

....time will tell!

There are a few questions my last response didn't address.

I am not an accredited investor. Just a normal person that likes to invest when he sees potential, like I assume most of you are.

I am a mortgage manager for a CDN bank and actually heard of the PIPE shares from a client of mine.

It is true, you can not sell for 6 months.

Not that I know of KingVegita, I just happen to work for a bank and a client of mine had invested in them... she found out through somebody else outside of the banks.

I actually called TD Waterhouse - spoke to 2 investment advisors, 1 who had heard of JBI and one that had not.

They will not allow JBI's shares in their accounts..I was told no OTC shares can be deposited. so I have to hang on to my actual certificate(s)... I was hoping I could have just sent it to them to manage. They also will not let me buy them inside of an RSP account (CDN equivalent to 401k) even off the open market.

I was watching all the posts go up and couldn't respond until midnight.. as a new account they restrict me to 3 posts a day until I am verified and then it jumps to 15

I am indeed CDN. I live in Niagara Falls, Ontario where JBI is based out of. Originally when I inquired $5,000 USD was the minimum investment - this was the amount that my client (another Canadian) purchased.

When I went to the office $10,000 USD was the minimum investment.

Re: BeerIsGood post# 15612 Post # of 75632

I picked up 25000 shares at the .80 pipe offering on Friday.

The office on Portage Road in N.Falls was quite busy with traffic in and out - folks signing papers and picking up certificates for their shares.

I talked to Bob Molydina (sp?) at the JBI offices earlier in the week and he mentioned Friday was the final day of purchase for them... but might still be worth a call to the office monday morning to confirm for yourself.

A painted plant sitting IDLE Wow! I need to buy some.

Just like a nice looking book cover and no pages. These clowns fall for anything.

Know what else is missing from the restated 10K and 10Q's? Any mention of the secret catalyst being proprietary or how Honest John discovered it... The only mention now is that Pak-It will mix and package the catalyst.
