I think everybody is waiting for this stock to hit $3 before they buy.

Frank,

I concur.
If the indicated range of the restatement is not exceeded, we should see
some bottom building (if not fishing).

The absence of any aggressive or panic selling tends to suggest that the
market is waiting for these audited results as well and that it is
comfortable at these levels with the information made available so far.

The good news is that your down risk today is $7/share in a worst case
scenario, but we all know that should the stock fall to $4 or
thereabouts it would be snapped up for reasons outlined before.

So, realistically, the down risk is probably no more than $2-3/share.

Frankly, this is a lot less risk than buying S3 at $15 or $20 or any
hi-tech stock, for that sake,in the 20s or 30s and up.

The negative and dark views are understandable if you bought when the
price was way up there, but if you are new to S3 and take a neutral
look at it today a $7/share does not look too shabby.

JMHO

Jan

Hey everyone! Stock seems to have stabilized a bit. Anyone know if the company has qualified their statements at all? Any word on Faroujda? Saw that news today regarding Turtle...not a budge. The best thing that could happen to this company is to stay out of the news until they turn profitable again and clean up their book problems.

As well, the market has been really ugly lately. A nice bear slide to the side and down. They are hammering everything. Reminds me of the tech slide in july of 1995. We need a big down day to capitulate this selling so we can move higher. This sideways, downside action is depressing.

Good luck to all.

Regards,
Steve@yamner.com

Jan:

i think this is a fraud. Here's proof.

I have come across a legal transcript which sheds some light
on the situation.

Secret Transcript from Expectorate et al (Philadelphia lawyers).

Dadatao: Gary, we won't make the numbers until you do
something and I mean real fast.

Gary: Err, ugh, I mean, what can I do, Dado ?

Dadatao: Well for starters you need to book more business.

Gary: You mean, er, what are you saying, bloke ?

Dadatao: You must get more business for us, dammit.

Gary: How can I do that, you mean chips, what are you
saying man ?

Dadatao: Yes, you must get us more orders for the chips.

Gary: Er, ugh, I think, okay, I mean that I can do it now ?

Dadatao: We put you in charge, now perform !

Gary: Don't know exactly what you are saying bss, spell it out
er, out for me, you know.

Dadatao: Get the Asia distributors to put some more orders on
the books so we can ship more products.

Gary: Er, you mean you want them to order more parts ?

Dadatao: Yes, we need the revenue. We are short about
$ 40M - $ 70M
for the quarter and if you don't get your Brit tail in gear
we are all SOL.

Gary: What, er you mean SOL ?

Dadatao: It, means shit-out-of-luck, you dumb Brit !

Gary: OK, want, er , I mean, what do you want me to do ?

Dadatao: Just get Asia to enter $ 40M to $ 70M in new orders.
Tell `em they don't have to pay for the stuff until
sometime next year. I don't care when..

Gary: But they are already over woofully over-inventoried. They don't need any parts for 5 months or more.

Dadatao: I don't give a shit ! Do it !

Gary: But how, man.. er I mean, how can we do it ?
This doesn't sound like its right.

Dadatao: Do you want to sell your stock at 17 ?

Gary: We, er, I do need more money to buy a house and big car and a computer, and a digital camera
I guess could something fast, er I mean..

Dadatao: Okay, then do it. You can just enter some dummy
orders in the
system. Tell the production guys not to make the parts.
When we make the shipments, you can put some
paper in the boxes.

Gary: Yeah, I understand. We can make more shipments if
we enter some dummy orders. Then we can blame it
all on the Asia
distributors. Dado, you are a genius ! And I can sell my stock before we announce results ?

Dadatao: Yeah, sell your damn stock. I don't care.
