Congrats on your choice of CSUWF.PK. I did take a look at the time you posted about it. Although the company is more than just leasing water heaters, I just didn't go any further. The thought of renting / leasing a water heater was just way out in left field for me. Left me out in left field. :(

Curious what your portfolio yield is now. Mine at 6%, is the same as at the end of March. A sign I've stretched far enough / too far, for current income vs. dividend growth?

Bought my sister 650 shares of EGAS @ $9.80.

Took the cash I had back for her withdrawals from four months to two months. :O

If she gets her one private reit cashed out by the end of December, I could let it ride a while, otherwise the fat lady sings in a little over two months.

Be glad when this forced withdrawal stuff is over next August.
