The constitution grants no authority to force commerce on individuals who don't want to participate in commerce. It never has. This is a unique case which will ultimately be decided by the USSC. And nobody can know how it will rule.

The individual mandate is on its way to taking down Obamacare. Can't force commerce on people not engaged in commerce (as I told you).
