The percentage of uninsured is high, too. Then you have the double-dippers. I assume that the low proportion in the chart is in part the fact that 20% of Medicare eligibles are also Medicaid eligible, but who knows.

I figured that the chart was close enough. Besides, it was handy. <g> I inferred from his question that what's of importance there to him is the size of the individual market, which is very small, regardless.
