IMHO, CSCO is not that cheap yet. I'd like to see $16-18 before getting interested.

When Chamber's is unable to put a positive spin on the results; you really have to assume things aren't great... He's always been master at spinning optimism...

I know nothing about the industry cisco is involved in, however its curious that juniper seems to continue to do well. so why is one less affected than the other? could someone explain?
