Riley and others: I just got off the telephone with my Merrill broker who stated to me that my letter was in fact received by the branch manager and my brokers assistant and the manager are speaking to the powers at be at Merrill as to the procedures that they follow for getting me my certificates. My broker reiterated to me what the manager said the other day..."If your client bought shares of RMIL or any stock for that matter, and wants the actual certificates then it is his right and our responsibility to provide him/her with them." Keep the pressure on and send those letters. Dont take the attitude that people have during elections and say..."I will let the other guy vote." We need everyone to get moving. Has anyone attempted to call the NASD branch office to follow up there???

RG: With 1.5 million already in cert form that leaves about 400K in the free trading float. Given that 50% are still pending you're looking at going vertical in a week if enough people demand delivery immediately. Cheers, KMT

Riley and all Stockholders You all read my postings about transfer or mu shares via DTC from E*Trade to my new account at Waterhouse.Well, it took over a month and only with copies of complaints to SEC. I have requested my certs on oct.20th and up to this writing still waiting for it.Yesterday they confirmed that they are on the way.Lets see how long will it take. Will keep you all informed when I get them. In the meantime I have also written to RMIL,SEC and DTC and the president Mr.Laurence Waterhouse Jr.Over 2 months now to get lousy 3700 Shares certs.Its all a conspiracy by the MMs and ALL brokers .My attorney says cant sue for damages until I really have been damaged financially, so why worry.Court awards are tax-free Stocks profit are capital gains.
