Paul and all, I think it's also important to keep
in perspective the fact that Hank did'nt call
a market top in Dell, the whole market took a dump.
If it was a Dell specific call worth bragging about,
Dell would be falling while the other techs would
be chuggin along.

"Watch out and be carefull (especially tomorrow)"

What we should be careful of??...the only thing everyone should be careful of is a possible rate hike, however unlikely it may be. A rate hike and the market freefalls...no hike and the market continues to flounder with the rest of the world. Holding long positions isnt prudent IMO because the downside far exceeds the upside at this point. Best to be in cash or net short.

Paul - Your list of plusses for Dell's upcoming earnings would also apply almost point for point to Compaq's. As I asked in a post yesterday to William, (no answer) why do you expect Dell to start moving with their earnings, unless they are really out of the ballpark? Today both Dell and CPQ are once again following the pattern lately, up in the morning, and selling off in the afternoon. Also, Kelley said yesterday he thought 76 was an important support level, obviously that was broken right after he said it.
