The 2 NAFTA factories are leased, as is the one in Hialeah. Lease schedules of payments are available in the 10k.

Our Brokers ARE Satan (and worse) Some putz who is scraping a few bucks off of our stock buys so he can feed his snot-nosed little brats is telling YOU that you "can't" have your shares because he knows he will lose the account on the sell-back. Then he tells you (after talking to his manager) that "Oh you really can get your shares, lemme order 'em for ya, can ya hold?" This is fire from ____, do you see my pun here dear reader? He immediately is out of the equation now being that he was just a front-line order taker anyway. Now the action begins as he slaps your little cert-order in the out-box. He washes his hands. What happens to your order for certs? Now the devil himself is personally in charge of making sure your order will be delayed for at least six weeks longer than what he told you it would take. The front line guy is out of it (responsibility wise), you're out of it and who's got control of your $$ AND shares?? Admin at the brokerage houses. Their orders from the dark side and the evil emporer. Delay delivery. Pull every trick. Your order is lost, reprocessed three times, mistyped and god forbid even crumpled. Where is the paper?????????????????????????????????? The brokerage boys aren't dare lettin go . . . .$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ please see my above post for more conspiracy theory by the way my posts are so much cooler than MKs it's not even funny OUR BROKERS ARE DELAYING AND LYING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MMs aren't they one in the same??????
