There is continuing and rapid sexual selection of the right stuff in men by women who are not in the slightest shy about continuing their eugenics programmes though people affect to think eugenics a horrible idea. With the selective killing of female foetuses as a result [especially] of the compulsory 1 child policy, the remaining females now have a chance to reject lots of males. In any society, particularly unsuitable males are constantly selected out of the gene pool, either by being rejected, or by successful attempts to win a Darwin Award, or by the usual conflicts and carnage to which males submit themselves or are submitted. In China though, the pace has increased for now anyway. But that's a work in progress, and is not strongly reflected in the Smart Fraction Theory.
