Al, it takes me forever to retrieve messages on hotmail. The squeeze would be long over and I'd still be trying to read my email. :) Someone else, perhaps? I'm not concerned about those numbers, I'm concerned more about the pressure that needs to be put on the brokers.

Al-len, this is a great idea. It would probably be better to fax or mail a copy of the certs to that person to make it more official. I would be surprised to find out that the 1.6 -1.8 million share float has not been or is not reached. For what other logical reason would the DTC send the requests back to the brokers? Perhaps the NASD can tell us what we should be doing differently to get our proofs of purchase. It is pretty clear that someone doesn't want us to get them any time soon. Rich_1

The numbers go like this Total O/S issued: 3,371,081 (Verified though TA) Rule 144 Legend 1,571,081 (Rule 144 Legend) Total public float: 1,800,000 Total PUBLIC float ---------------------------------- Foundation Shares held: 2,951,811 (exact) Foundation Shares in NAME form: 1,500,000 (not exact number for security reasons, but within 50k eigther way!) Foundation shares over public float: (1,151,811) These numbers come from a closed list of known shareholders PRIOR to August 22, 1997. there are some other 150 to 200 outside shareholders not on this list that I have!!! DO THE MATH... RG
