Roger, are you still short SEBL? How about PSFT, with heavy 144 filings last week ($39 million worth, per www.insidertrader.com) and negative comments in Barrons? I know PSFT is splitting but that did not seem to give it much momentum today. I am a little short both. -- Shoe

Any opinions on whether we'll get a rally if there's no rate hike? People say it's already priced in, but I don't think so based on previous rallies earlier in the year. However, based on the selling of some of the techs it's starting to feel like a slow bear. Jim
