Jim, My interest rate day predictions are:

1. Market down in the morning waiting on the news.

2. Interest rate will not be changed.

3. Small market rally at end of day and Thursday morning.

4. Rally attracts selling Thursday afternoon.

And if you really believe I know what I am talking about on this I have some y2k shares to sell you.

>>we'll get a rally if there's no rate hike? <<
IMO the best scenario is the market just holds. Notice that I say this even though I am about 70% long with CNTO and COMS as largest positions (luckly I built them up only recently). I rather be sincere since I know my opinion does not move markets or stocks the facts do.
