From the 8K....merger with RMCW ... "The required financial statements will be filed by amendment or as part of the Company's annual report on Form 10-KSB for the period ended June 30, 1997, *within the required time period." What is "the required time period*"?

Riley, Please let the cavalry know that they must put more pressure on their brokers. I am doing all I can as an individual, but they ordered theirs before I ordered mine - I have mine and they don't. It wasn't easy and I too use Schwab. ALL PEOPLE MUST BE A__HOLES FOR THEIR CERTS!!!!! Hraka

Thanks Riley. The September 8th, 8K I just reread this morning. What concerns me about the June 30th quarter is we are approaching 5 months. The information will be outdated, but should be read. Since the filing there have been conversations with both Gary and Roland, exchange2000.com and even as late as October 8th, the release was to be an additional three weeks. This is the type of thing which sends up warning flags to me. It may not be anything serious, but it could be a serious problem. We will have to wait until then. The financials and the SEC could go hand in hand. I would like that risk eliminated to feel more comfortable about the squeeze. Morgan is another concern. I have been checking into the officers to make sure we do not have a Zayed/Rhetorik combo. Pat at Palco has known Roland for 10 years, but I have not been able to confirm somethings about Gary in Africa. Anyways, congratulations on the new equity and merger!
