tonto, Those that have been around for a long time -- pre-split know how frustrating it was to get the last 10-k for the period ending June 30, 1996. We were promised by Morgan (there was even a press release if I remember correctly) that it was only a week away in early January and it was not until toward the end of March that it was finally filed. Two things in their favor though: 1) The 10-q's for the next two quarters followed almost immediately and the 3 rd quarter 10-q was released on time. 2) Every thing that Morgan had promised (during the time we were waiting) about being in the black for the first two quarters was fulfilled. I guess that the point that I am trying to make is that timeliness is not Morgan's strong suit (for whatever reason), but I believe that truthfulness is. Doug M
