If he is truthful... then why this ??? I'm glad you brought this up, saved me from doing it. There was a 6 month wait for financials then, all blamed on the former management.

We were promised by Morgan (there was even a press release if I remember correctly) that it was only a week away in early January and it was not until toward the end of March that it was finally filed.

Doug, you are right about the company consistently getting their financials out late, and some companys run like this forever. The short squeeze can be very successful as long as the company is releasing very accurate information. Everyone on this board certainly is doing more than one would ever expect. That is proven.

The company's financials were poor, and the new equity infusion will really improve the company's viability and growth plans. It was at a similiar time in another company that I followed that some pieces were found to be missing and the CEO was not disclosing everything honestly. That is what must be avoided for your success. The SEC eventually came in shut them down and the state of Tennessee liquidated the company. Once you have the unknowns covered, there will be nothing that can stop you. The sooner you have the financials in hand, and have the complete history of Morgan in hand, I believe you
will not have further arguments. I asked the GIFS boys if any officer had a criminal background or convictions and was advised by them absolutely not! Shortly thereafter I retrieved the felony criminal records of Zayed which included three prison terms.

Officers of company's, in particular, penny stocks should always be investigated. Often they are not who they report to be, and that is when the honest investor gets hurt. Someone could e-mail and ask about
their backgrounds and if there are any actions filed against them. The amount of lawsuits I verified against the GIFS guys were unbelieveable. GIFS was so busy expanding and merging...it was easy to forego basic due diligence.

Information is King today, and we as a group of honest investors can help each other by sharing good information. It does not matter if it is positive or negative, either way it allows us to make better decisions, and hopefully will make our investment goals come true.

I am concentrating on the financials and Morgan and will report whatever I can confirm. New money certainly makes this company much stronger.
