Mike&Topcat-- Mike: You say Riley owes me something. You are wrong, I believe he has posted his information. You are the one making judgements like that, and that implies that you may know something. But ,one second, NO! Why do I say you don't have anything, Because you won't post it!! You only want to 'discuss it'(but that isn't exactly true either. You only want to discuss it here), what would discussing it do that just simply posting your information wouldn't do, NOTHING, except maybe baiting him into something! Here is where your credibilty and your motives come into the equation and to that I will only ask one question. If truth is what you seek, Why wont you call him to have your 'discussion'? But you won't and that smells like someone that isn't sincere in their 'discussing it' request. Topcat, you say we or riley would just dismiss his information, That is why Mike won't post it, BS! if mike knew something that held any water it would be taken seriously and you know it. So go ahead mike a continue acting like an eight year old child 'I've got something you don't have', I will attempt to refrein myself from the 'let me see' role. I am just at a loss to explain or understand your motives, but they do appear to be misleading, untrustworthy, dishonest, and insincere.

DENVER, CO-(PR BUSINESS WIRE)-Nov. 12, 1997 MVPH previously announced the it had issued 4 million shares valued at $14 million to Phoenix Resouces (PRTI) for oil and gas assets. The shares are to be redistributed to the approx. 600 shareholders of PRTI. MVPH received a cancelled certificate for the 4Million shares, and fulfilled the request to re-issue in a form that would allow redistribution to individual shareholders. Currently PRTI shareholders acknowledge possesion of the shares, but state that they are currently valued at $0.25, making the deal fixed by the then PRTI CEO worth approx. $1 million, not $14MILLION.
