DTN Ensign lease is $28 a month with studies aglore. IE 4.0 Has never burped for me. If it is not windows, I as a personal user don't care. If I am lucky with IE 4.0, it is not by design. I load anything MS puts out.

That Java fix you cite is still working nicely for me. No hangs since making the change in my Netscape 4.03 weeks ago.
