As long as there are processors, there will be a need for instruction sets, and some way to execute those instructions. There are lots of toys floating around which manipulate and rearrange those basic building blocks on a higher level. To me, they're all toys. I'm just interested in seeing how cool the toys will get once all the apprentices can escape the iron fist of the big evil toymaker.
