Bought a small block of YURI late in the day. Trading action in the stock was impossible to ignore; stuck out like a sore thumb on my screen. Now I'm looking for reasons---does the BT Alex Brown upgrade carry special weight? Anyone think YURI was heavily shorted enough to cause panic short-covering on 1M+ shares? On just that upgrade alone? In this market? All the techstocks I follow with p/e's of 100+ are getting creamed. I know so little about YURI that it's embarassing, but my gut tells me there's more news coming, or the stock is so heavily shorted that we'll squeeze higher quickly from here. Anyone got an opinion?
