Michael, I don't know if anyone knows how far S3 is going back. The "class period" on this one has to go back to 96 so that they are picking up the auditors that audited year end. I've been wondering all along if this is something that should have been discovered during year end audit. What I'm really getting at is, since I'm still holding S3 the lawsuit will do me more harm then good. Practice liability insurance sounds like a far better source of funds to me. :)
