No Glenn. You miss the point. Big time. Your information was meaningless because it was old and stale. That is the point.

Glenn also wrote: "If you called the demise of the DD sector, that is not information, that is a prediction."

Well, aside from the fact that a prediction is information, my predictions were based on information that was far more relevant and informative than your dated revisions. Might as well post today that WDC warned several days ago that it would not meet estimates when it reported, which also occured several days ago. That would be just about as useful as the revisions you posted today.

This whole debate stems from the fact that you clearly know nothing about earnings revision analysis, and you are just pretending to. Charlatan behavior like this is dangerous because someone might actually think you know what you are talking about when it comes to revisions. You don't. Posting ancient revisions as if they were news clearly screams that you don't know anything about revisions.

Glenn also wrote: "I posted information and you were rude enough to state it was outdated. Just ignore my posts as I do yours and we will get along fine."

No way man. As long as you post outdated, usless information that an unsuspecting investor might act on and lose money, I will criticize that. Investing groups have to have some minimum standard, and you obviously do not clear it.

Happy Investing!

Stop wasting your valuable time. There is nobody on SI that doubts the contribution you make, with the exception of a few ignorant, obnoxious, perrenial bears that have waited months for this opportunity.

And what easier target than to shoot the messenger.

Keep up the great posts, but put a quick end to this out of character arguing with the feeble minded.

SI has taken away memberships in the past for individuals that incessantly start flame wars and violate the terms of the membership agreement.

I have Emailed the webmistress and suggested she pull Vanni Resta's membership. I see no reason why she has any right to take part in SI. Look at her profile. It tries to provoke and a scan of her headers to different posts show consistent provocation.

And the WDD board is not the only place she/he is constantly name-calling.

Please lend a hand by sending a message indicating your feelings about Vani Restsa's actions to the webmistress.
