The merger was conditioned upon getting the $5 million. Therefore, if it's complete, that requirement would necesssarily have been met, wouldn't it?

Mike, The person who posted that said "the merger was complete", What does that mean? You are assuming that Roland told him that the company signed the 5million requirement. He didn't say that!!!!
