Zeev: I noticed my mistake about the book value and I left it so as to give you a chance to catch me and get excited <GG>. I do not think $100 mil write-off is too much because they have a lot of bad loans and the over-collateralization for their trusts must be upped soon for CTYS to exist.

To All: Just wondering what is CTYS's underlining weakness. Is it bad loans, litigation, etc....... or a combination of all of them. Don't know about litigation claims but it is surprising that they would have loan trouble since it seems their two biggest market are doing great right now(U.S. and U.K.) at least in terms of prosperity. Just want is their underlining problem?

Thanks,
John
