what the 10-K/A says about the secret catalyst: (one generic mention, and the "bulk packaging".....that's it, as far as I see....seems that most references got axed from the "unreliable" 10-K.....from 7 to 3 mentions of "catalyst") The renewable energy sector and recycled products sectors are highly competitive. The 20MT processor is being meticulously assembled and each assembly process is being photographed and logged so that the processes and procedures for the final operating unit can modeled, independently tested, and the put into production quickly where plastic discards are readily available. Management believes, based upon prototype testing to date, that each large processor will process 20 metric tons of plastic in a continuous operation. Results will vary by location and feedstock type. Lawsuit merits aside, the Affidavit’s Attachments are what is most relevant for a shareholder to read/understand IMHO: --The stock promotion pieces laid out... --The internal power struggles confirmed (esp. the former Pakit President)... --The issues with Javaco as a business, with employees and the President... --The amazing coincidence that UBS and UMB representatives had the exact same extremely rare comparison of Henry Singleton as did... (from John's lips to ...?) --The almost 180 view of UBS' relation to JBI as an MM from suggested patterns... Another fascinating insight for me at least was/is my interpretation that John appears to have been trying to attack the "shorters." I get the "massacre" to mean a "MOASS" given the literal PR Blitz-Krieg (which BTW most likely failed because the time release plan was too compacted).
