Why do you assume they aren’t?

Unlike M118, MNTA can make the go-ahead decision for serious development on the FoB program(s) without having a partner in hand.

You dodged my question in #msg-27011404 about what additional regularity clarity on US FoB’s would make it worthwhile for MNTA to delay its FoB programs.

You don’t need to reply, however, because the question was rhetorical.
