SyQuest has 69 million shares outstanding, and would have about 135 million shares outstanding if all of the warrants convert. They would also have about $180 million in cash from the warrant conversion and current cash reserves. It is pretty unlikely that they would need any cash beyond that. Management has also stated to me that they are not looking for additional financing at this point.
