6000 as I recall. I heard a snipet on CNBC a couple of weeks ago that it was 6000 simultaneous connections. This compares rather poorly with the likes of e.Schwab which can handle 60,000 connections. (I may be off a bit...but the order of magnitude is in the ball-park.)

MARKET orders still taking 4 minutes NOT SECONDS!!!!!!!!! in some cases.... Oh, they STILL say no real problems in mini-crash two weeks ago... said and I quoye.... "It's not true that you could not get thru to ETRADE for those two days" .... noses are growing fast at ETRADE!! Did anybody see the movie "Devils Advocate"?????? I believe it's really about E*TRADE but due to legal reasons the firms name was changed to protect the guilty. patrick
